Resources in creative writing studies

The following is a compendium of sources relevant to creative writing instruction and institutional history. Also included are studies that connect creative writing to other academic or artistic disciplines.

Includes books in creative writing studies published released in the previous two years. 

Book Series

Includes presses and publishers and book series that have regular releases in creative writing studies.

Journals

Includes peer-reviewed journals, trade magazines, as well as journal archives of serial publications that are no longer active. Journals listed are published in Australia, the UK, Canada, and the U.S.  

Books

Includes monographs and collections that contribute to the field. Craft texts, which are intended for an audience of emerging writers, are not included in this bibliography.
